Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PAMS Network ("we," "us," or "our") for use of our website and application (the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

PAMS Network operates the Service from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Questions about these Terms: [email protected]

2. The Service

The Service is an online tool for keeping personal maintenance records. Depending on what you choose to enter, that can include equipment and vehicles, scheduled and completed work, parts and inventory, issues, suppliers, notes, photos, and related files.

The Service is a record-keeping aid. It is not professional mechanical, engineering, safety, or legal advice. You remain responsible for following manufacturer instructions, applicable laws, and sound judgment about how and when work is done.

We may add, change, or remove features. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of another person (for example, a family member’s vehicle), you confirm that you have the right to do so.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You may be asked to verify your email address. You can optionally enable extra sign-in protection, such as two-factor authentication or a passkey. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken or the Service is being misused.

You can close your account from your profile settings, or by emailing us at [email protected].

5. Workspaces and shared access

The Service lets you create or join a workspace (called a team in the product) and invite others by email.

  • If you invite someone, you confirm you have a reasonable basis to contact them.
  • People you invite or add can see content in that workspace according to the roles you assign.
  • If you leave a workspace you do not own, your membership ends. Records you added generally stay with that workspace so remaining members can keep using them.
  • If you own a workspace and you delete it, or you close your account while you still own it, that workspace and its records are removed.

You are responsible for who you invite and for the roles you give them.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the information, photos, and files you submit ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, display, and process Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to follow the law.

You are responsible for Your Content. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, including other people’s personal information without an appropriate reason, or files that are illegal, harmful, or infringe someone else’s rights.

We may remove content or limit access if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful
  • try to disrupt, overload, or break the Service
  • access another person’s account without permission
  • upload malware or other harmful code
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data except through features we provide to you
  • misrepresent who you are, or use the Service to send spam

We may investigate suspected misuse and take steps we consider appropriate, including suspending or closing accounts.

8. Emails and notices

We send transactional email related to your account, such as verification, password reset, invitations, and important service notices. You can manage some in-app notification preferences, but we may still send messages required to operate your account or these Terms.

9. Fees

The Service is currently offered without charge.

We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will describe the fees, billing cycle, and how to cancel before you are charged. We would use a third-party payment processor and would not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees would be non-refundable.

10. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including its design, software, and branding. These Terms do not give you any ownership of the Service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that records, reminders, or calculations in the Service are complete or correct. Always confirm critical information yourself.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PAMS Network and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) CAD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. If those rules apply to you, our liability is limited to the maximum extent those rules allow.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will also try to notify you by email or in the Service. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You and we agree that the courts of British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our rights.

16. General

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
